The online money transfer service on VCB Digibank has been deployed since 2023 and has received positive reception from many customers using the service.
With the goal of bringing customers the best experience, Vietcombank continues to deploy new features for the service, specifically as follows:

1. Flexible preferential exchange rate policy (from February 1, 2024)
From February 1, 2024, depending on the type of foreign currency and amount transferred, customers will be offered flexible foreign currency selling exchange rates according to Vietcombank's policies in each period. Details of preferential scorecard here.

2. Online service checking feature
From January 25, 2024, for transactions made online, customers can create online investigation requests, download documents and query status on VCB Digibank.
