To enhance service quality and optimize the user experience, starting from June 10, 2026, Vietcombank will cease providing the VCB Digibank application on Android devices running an operating system (OS) lower than version 7.0.

• Curent customers using Android below 7.0 will not be able to update VCB Digibank.

• Curent customers using Android below 7.0: Will no longer be able to find the VCB Digibank application on Play Store. The app store will display the message "Your device is not compatible". VCB Digibank still works in order version.

To check the Android OS version of your device, please go to Settings >> About Phone (or About Device) >> Software Information.

Please update your Android OS to version 7.0 or above to continue experiencing all the latest products, services, and features on VCB Digibank.
