Principles for Safe Card and Digital Banking Transactions

01 "ALWAYS KEEP IN MIND"
The bank does not send login links for digital banking services and will never request confidential information (such as passwords, OTP codes, PINs, or card details) under any circumstances or through any form of communication.
02 "MUST"
If someone claiming to be from the police, court, procuracy, investigative agency, tax authority, or similar contacts you requesting a money transfer or personal information: you MUST pause to consider these unusual requests carefully. You MUST  remain vigilant and verify all information thoroughly.
03 "DO NOT"
DO NOT click on suspicious links. DO NOT install unfamiliar apps. DO NOT share confidential information such as usernames, passwords, OTP codes, PINs, or card numbers
MANAGE YOUR CARD PIN SECURELY
Do not use easy-to-guess PINs. Change your PIN regularly. Cover the keypad when entering your PIN at ATMs or POS terminals.

MONITOR CARD USAGE
Do not hand your card to anyone other than the cashier at a legitimate merchant. When making a POS transaction, ensure the card is swiped or inserted within your line of sight. Deactivate the card if you no longer need to use it
PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
Only transact on reputable websites, apps, or authorised merchants. Avoid using public computers and storing information during transactions. Do not proceed if the ATM appears to have unusual or suspicious devices.
