Customers cannot reactivate VCB Digibank app version below 5.5.6 on Android devices (including on existing and new devices).

To continue using VCB Digibank, customers need to update to the latest version on the app market.

Added mechanism to check accessibility permissions during transaction execution

When making transactions, VCB Digibank will warn and ask customers to turn off accessibility permissions for applications that are not on Vietcombank's safe list.

After disabling the accessibility of these applications, customers can make transactions on VCB Digibank as usual.

Please update the latest version of VCB Digibank application on app markets today.
