Recently, the form of fraud impersonating Vietcombank employees/call centers has continued to appear and increase with the following specific tricks:

VIETCOMBANK WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE CUSTOMERS:
1.Absolutely do not provide confidential information (card information, VCBDigibank application password, OTP code) to anyone. Vietcombank does NOT require customers to provide confidential information in any form. |
2.Do not access unfamiliar links or scan QR codes of unknown origin sent via email, text message (SMS) or social networks. Vietcombank DOES NOT send emails or SMS containing links to customers. |
3.Customers only contact and receive information through Vietcombank's official channels (listed below). |
4.Regularly update the content of the Safe Transaction Guide on Vietcombank's website at the section: Highlights >> Risk warnings. |
