Vietcombank further strengthens its leadership with established credibility
The “Best Places to Work in Việt Nam” ranking is compiled annually by Anphabe, based on responses from nearly 800 enterprises and more than 73,000 employees across 18 industries.
Speaking at the ceremony, Hồng Quang, Member of the Board of Directors and Director of Human Resources at Vietcombank, said the recognition reflects a long-term and consistent approach to people-centred development.
“2025 marks the tenth consecutive year Vietcombank has been honoured among Việt Nam’s Best Places to Work. Maintaining this position for a decade is not the result of short-term efforts but of a comprehensive, consistent and forward-looking HR strategy. Our leadership has always placed people at the centre — as the actors, the purpose and the driving force behind the bank’s development,” he said.
