  • Complains and reports of fraud other than Digital banking/ and Card products.

All Vietcombank employees, customers, and any third party can use the denunciation mailbox and report violations, or suspected violations at Vietcombank.
The reporter is not required to provide personal information. Vietcombank will ensure protection and privacy of the report according to the law.
