Vietcombank has just implemented the Voice OTT feature on the VCB DigiBiz application (a digital banking application for businesses/business households).

This feature works like a "balance notification speaker" but does not need a separate device but is integrated right into the VCB DigiBiz app. As soon as the customer's balance changes, the app will notify by voice so that the account holder knows the information.

The Voice OTT feature is very useful for busy business stores when the owner is not free to be able to check each customer's transfer transaction. In addition, the feature also brings many practical benefits such as:

•  Instant notifications: Notification sound plays as soon as the money arrives, helping to confirm payments with customers in an instant.
•  Completely free: No maintenance costs, helping businesses/business households save operation.
•  Maximum convenience: Notifications via the phone speaker even when the screen is locked, no need to open the manual test app.
•  Modern management: Business owners/business households can easily delegate permissions for members (store managers, cashiers, accountants, etc.) to receive voice balance change notifications right on VCB DigiBiz.
•  Flexible Connectivity: Easily connect your phone to a Bluetooth speaker to listen to balance changes at the store/cashier.

NOTE

• To use this feature, customers need to turn off silent mode and allow the VCB DigiBiz application to send notifications on the installed device.
•  You also need to update the latest version of VCB DigiBiz on the application market to experience this feature.
