To enhance the security of overseas QR payment transactions on VCB Digibank, while also clarifying customers’ rights regarding transaction inquiries and complaints when using the service, Vietcombank announces updates to the Terms and Conditions for Electronic Banking Services.

Accordingly, provisions relating to cross-border QR payment transactions have been clarified and supplemented in the updated Terms and Conditions.

The updated Terms and Conditions will take effect from 05 June 2026.
