From April 20, 2026 to May 31, 2026, Vietcombank is launching the program “Cross Border QR: Golden Referrals – Thousands of Thank Yous” for individual customers currently using VCB Digibank digital banking services.

Program Duration: From April 20, 2026 to May 31, 2026, or until all promotional gifts have been fully distributed.

Program Scope: Nationwide.

Eligible Customers: Gift recipients are Referrers. A customer is eligible to receive a reward only when both the Referrer (RFR) and the Referred Customer (RFC) simultaneously meet the following conditions:

1. Referrer:

•  Is an active user of VCB Digibank.
• The referrer’s phone number (used to log in to Digibank) is entered by the new customer (new Digi user) in the “Referrer” field.

2. Referred Customer:

• Activates VCB Digibank for the first time during the promotional period via the online channel (eKYC).
• Not applicable to activation at branches or via eWallet based eKYC channels.
• Completes at least one QR code payment transaction overseas (in any country) with a minimum transaction value of VND 200,000 during the promotional period.
  
  Program Gifts:
• Gift value per successful referral: VND 100,000 per successful referral.
• Maximum total gifts for the entire program: 10,000 gifts.
• Maximum program budget: VND 1,000,000,000 (In words: One billion Vietnamese dong only).
