The service enables Vietcombank customers to easily share balance change notifications with third parties (Shared Recipients) in a fast, secure, and convenient manner.

Who Can Receive Shared Notifications?

Shared Recipients are individual customers who maintain a current account with Vietcombank, use the VCB Digibank application, and have registered for the balance change notification service on the app (e.g., cashiers, business associates, accountants, treasury managers, etc.).

Confirm the information and complete the request setup.

After the promotional period, the service fee will be applied as follows:

Free of charge for the first two (02) phone numbers registered to receive shared balance change notifications.
