With a brand value of US$2.4 billion in 2025, up 16 per cent from last year, Vietcombank climbed to third place among the country’s top 100 most valuable brands, surpassing major players in real estate, technology and consumer goods. The bank also ranked second among the strongest brands nationwide, with a Brand Strength Index (BSI) score of 95.3 out of 100 — reflecting its strong reputation, customer loyalty, and ability to sustain competitive advantage in a challenging market.
This achievement underscores Vietcombank’s leadership in Việt Nam’s financial sector, reinforcing its role as a pioneer in banking innovation and market development. While the total value of the nation’s top 100 brands fell 14 per cent compared with 2024, Vietcombank’s strong performance highlights its resilience and adaptability amid economic volatility.
Brand Finance also noted that 87 per cent of banks in Việt Nam are accelerating digital transformation, with Vietcombank standing out as a bright spot. Continuous investment in digital banking platforms, improvements in customer experience, and the development of a comprehensive digital financial ecosystem have enabled the bank to strengthen its competitive edge.
At the same time, Vietcombank’s customer-centric strategy has set it apart. By offering tailored financial products and services to individuals, SMEs and large corporations, the bank has deepened customer engagement and expanded its market share.
Brand Finance concluded that Vietcombank’s consistent growth in both brand value and brand strength demonstrates not only its leadership within Việt Nam but also its position as a representative of Vietnamese brands on the global financial stage.
