On the evening of February 3, 2026, the 10th National Press Awards on Party Building, also known as the Búa Liềm Vàng (Golden Sickle and Hammer) Awards, were held solemnly at Ho Guom Theatre in Ha Noi. The Vietcombank Party Committee was honoured as the only unit in the banking system to receive multiple major awards, affirming its effective integration of political responsibilities with professional and business operations.

To achieve these proud results in the awards’ 10th season, the Vietcombank Party Committee made thorough and systematic preparations. From the moment the competition was launched, the Party Committee directed the programme across the entire system, providing guidance and encouraging subordinate Party organisations to participate with the highest sense of responsibility.

 National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and Permanent Member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Cam Tu awarded the B Prize

Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member and Secretary of the Ha Noi Party Committee, and General Trinh Van Quyet, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Central Commission for Communication and Mass Mobilisation, presented the C Prize to winning authors. Representing the author group, Ho Van Tuan, Deputy General Director of Vietcombank, received the award for the work titled “System thinking: The golden key to building a leading position”

 Nghiem Xuan Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Province Party Committee, and former Secretary of the Vietcombank Party Committee and Chairman of its Board of Directors, congratulated the collectives, individuals and author groups of the Vietcombank Party Committee whose works were recognised at this year’s awards

The Communications and Education Commission of the Vietcombank Party Committee was also honoured with a Certificate of Merit for its outstanding achievements in organising, implementing and actively responding to the 10th Golden Sickle and Hammer Awards

Ngo Minh Tuan, Head of the Party Building Department of the Communist Review, Vice Chairman of the Preliminary Jury Council and Head of the Secretariat of the 10th Golden Sickle and Hammer Awards, congratulated and took commemorative photos with representatives of the C Prize-winning author group, including Phan Khanh Ngoc, Secretary of Cell 31 and Director of the Customer Support Centre (VCC), and Le Tien Hung, Deputy Secretary of Cell 60 and Deputy Head of the Marketing and Communications Division, for their same awarded work

An Encouragement Prize was presented to the author group comprising Nguyen Tien Dat, Secretary of Cell 1 and Chief of Office, and Pham Thi Khanh Hoa, Party member of Cell 1, for their work “Vietcombank: steadfastly building stature and advancing under the glorious flag of the Party”

In addition, Ngo Minh Tuan congratulated the author group from advisory Party cells under the Vietcombank Party Committee whose work reached the final round. The group included Tran Thi Hanh, Deputy Head of the Communications and Education Commission of the Vietcombank Party Committee, along with Bui Kieu Ngoc, Do Thuy Thai Binh and Trieu Quang Tung, for their work “Protecting the Party’s ideological foundation in the digital era – from awareness to action”
