On December 26, 2025, Vietcombank emerged as the overall leader across major employer and workplace rankings at the awards ceremony honouring the Top 10 Best Workplaces in Việt Nam’s Key Economic Sectors (VBW10), Top 50 Most Attractive Employers (MAE50), and Top 500 Leading Employers in Việt Nam (VBE500). The annual programme is jointly organised by Viet Research and Finance & Investment Review.
The rankings are conducted nationwide and cover core economic sectors. They are based on annual research recognising enterprises with outstanding contributions to advancing human resource governance standards, fostering organisational culture, investing in employee welfare, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
