2. Applicable to: Corporate customers acting as the policyholder of FWD insurance at Vietcombank and simultaneously meeting all of the following conditions:

• The insurance policy is issued during the promotion period;
• The total issued policy value is at least VND 500 million per policy;
• The policy is not cancelled during the free-look period (21 days) and remains valid at the time of result determination.

4. Location: Nation wide

5. Gifts: Cashback will be allocated directly to the additional investment account of the policy, in accordance with the terms and conditions.

6. Prize structure: According to FYP value issued/insurance contract
(FYP: First-Year Premium actually collected upon policy issuance, including the basic premium of the main product and rider premiums (if any), excluding top-up premiums, during the promotion period).

According to Article 3, Section 2 of the terms and conditions of the FWD Enhanced Protection 4.0 product, any amount prior to being allocated into the additional investment account shall be subject to an initial fee of 1.5%. Accordingly, the gift amount will be deducted by the initial fee before being allocated into the additional investment account.
