Free service until 31/12/2024 for the Share balance notification feature on VCB Digibank.

"Share Balance Notification" is a feature that allows Account Holders on VCB igibank to share their balance change notice with other people – relatives, salespeople, etc., who are also using VCB Digibank. After activating this feature, balance movement notifications will be sent to both the Account Holder and the Shared Person.

The sharer can:

• Share balance fluctuations with managers and business companions.
• Share balance fluctuations with cashiers, accountants, treasury, etc. Cashiers/salespeople do not need to take screenshots to confirm a successful transfer.
• Unlimited number of people who can be shared.
• Proactively adjust the type of information you want to share (transaction information, account balance information, etc.).

USER GUIDE

• Step 1: Log in to the VCB Digibank App >> At the Notification Bell icon (upper right corner), select "Share Changes" >> Select "Experience Now".
• Step 2: Select Share Form; the recipient's phone number; information to be shared with recipients >> Confirm consent and authenticate by SMS/ Smart OTP.
• Step 3: The Shared Person will receive a notification via SMS on VCB Digibank (OTT Alert) to Agree/or Reject the request to receive volatility sharing.
• Step 4: After confirming the Consent >> if there is a change in the balance of the Shareholder's account, the Shared Person will also be notified by message on VCB Digiabnk (OTT Alert).

FREE SERVICE UNTIL THE END OF 2024

VCB Digibank currently has a free service policy until 31/12/2024. After this time, VCB Digibank will collect service fees as follows:

• Free of charge with the first 02 phones that are shared, the balance fluctuation.
• From the 3rd phone number onwards, the fee is 5.000 VND/shared phone/month (excluding VAT).
