Customers can now make direct payments from their Vietcombank accounts for services on the Be app (be Car, be Bike, delivery, etc.).

All information about the journey, fares, drivers, etc., is clearly and transparently displayed on the Be app, and each time a payment is made, a notification about the account balance change is sent through the VCB Digibank app.

To link your Vietcombank account with the Be app, customers only need to do it once by following these steps:

• Step 1: Log in to Be. Select Account >> Payment.
• Step 2: Select Vietcombank >> Add (plus sign) >> Switch to VCB Digibank app.
• Step 3: Log in to VCB Digibank and choose the account to link.
• Step 4: Confirm and complete the linking process.
