From 15/06/2024, Vietcombank announces the suspension of account top-up services and Cash Transfer/Withdrawal services at Vietnam Post Corporation (VNPost).

Due to technical factors, VNPost is temporarily disconnecting from some service systems of Vietcombank. Therefore, Vietcombank announces the suspension of 02 cooperation services between Vietcombank and VNPost (until further notice) as follows:

• Transfer/withdrawal service at VNPost post office on VCB Digibank app.
• Recharge service to Vietcombank account at VNPost post office.

Vietcombank would like to ask for your understanding because of the inconveniences (if any) that occurred./
