Vietcombank has recently partnered with Bac Ninh Children Hospital to optimise payment methods for patients and their families through QR code payments on the VCB Digibank digital banking platform. This service allows patients and their families to visit and use services at this hospital without the worry of carrying cash.

Vietcombank customers can easily pay for services at the hospital by following these steps:

• Step 1: Log in to the VCB Digibank app.
• Step 2: Select the QR code payment feature on VCB Digibank app
• Step 3: Scan the QR code on the medical bill.
• Step 4: After the app displays the payment information, please check the information, and confirm the transaction as shown on the app screen, and complete the payment steps on the VCB Digibank app.

Currently, customers (patients and their family members) are exempt from paying service fees when they use QR codes to make payments for medical services.

The collaboration between Vietcombank and the Bac Ninh Children Hospital in optimising payment methods for patients and their families is a push towards cashless payments, aligning with the direction of the Governments and the State Bank of Vietnam.
