From May 27, 2024, Vietcombank will officially launch the Voice brandname service to help customers easily identify incoming calls from Vietcombank.

Vietcombank brand call will be displayed on customer's phone as follows:

• Customers using VinaPhone, MobiFone and Viettel Network providers (mobile devices must meet the brand display conditions) will receive a call displaying the full Vietcombank brand name along with the Vietcombank phone number registered with each Network provider as below;
• Customers who use subscribers of Other network providers, customers who subscribe roaming services while abroad or mobile devices that are not eligible to display Vietcombank's brand name information will receive calls only displaying Vietcombank's phone number according to the corresponding numbers as follows:

Please note:

• The above phone numbers are only used for Vietcombank to make calls from the bank's switchboard to customers. If you need to contact Vietcombank, please call hotline 1900 545413 or 1800 1565 (for Priority customers).
• Vietcombank does not call customers asking to provide service security information in any form.
• In addition to registered phone numbers displaying Vietcombank's brand, in necessary cases, Vietcombank still uses 0886545413 phone numbers to make incoming calls to customers.
