In order to encourage Vietcombank customers to register and use the VCB Digibank service - a fee-free digital banking service with many outstanding utilities, Vietcombank announces the implementation of attractive promotional offers for specific customers as follows:

1. ​Duration: from May 15, 2024, to June 15, 2024, or until the budget is exhausted, whichever comes first, but not exceeding June 15, 2024 (the program in Hanoi area runs from May 16, 2024, to June 15, 2024).

​2. Customer target: Vietcombank customers who meet the following conditions simultaneously:

• (i)Receives notification of the program from Vietcombank through SMS or calls from Vietcombank (*).
• (ii)Registers and activates VCB Digibank for the first time during the promotional period.
• (iii)Make 02 financial transactions (**) worth at least 100,000 VND per transaction during the promotional period.

(*) Customers who receive notification of the program are those who:

• Maintain an average balance of termless deposits in their payment accounts at Vietcombank as of May 3, 2024, from 10,000,000 VND or more.
• Have not registered to use VCB Digibank before May 15, 2024.
• Using Vietcombank's SMS Banking service.

(**) Financial transactions refer to transactions debiting the customer's account, such as bill payments, mobile top-ups, savings deposits, QR code payments, insurance purchases, flight ticket purchases, train and bus ticket reservations, shopping for goods and services, etc. Financial transactions do not include money transfers, fee collections, and interest payments on bank deposits.
