Steps to perform online inspection on Digibank
1. Create Claim request
Access VCB Digibank >> In the Utilities section, select Claim request >> Select Create claim request, select the transaction to be checked, type of check and reason for the inspection >> Select Confirm to create Claim request.
Customers can make a review request for some types of transactions from accounts arising on VCB Digibank/ E-commerce/ Auto debit or transactions from debit / credit cards.
Customers can make an online inquiry request within 60 days for transactions from accounts and 120 days for debit/credit card transactions from the date of transaction.
2. Search claim request
Access VCB Digibank >> In the Utilities section, select Claim request >> Select Search Claim request >> Enter the search code, time >> Look up results successfully.
The search period for established inquiries is 12 months.
3. Time for processing inspection requests
After making a review request, Vietcombank will process the request and update the processing results to customers within the prescribed time depending on the type of transaction and the reason for the inspection.
