The VCB Rewards Program 2024– the Customer Loyalty Program on the VCB Digibank includes a lot of attractive adjustments, expanding the range of transactions eligible for point accumulation, increasing the point accumulation mechanism with a double multiplier for Vietcombank Priority customers, and adding a point accumulation mechanism for customers participating in Vietcombank's online surveys.

With a wide range of rewards in many areas, from Mobile Top-up, Annual Fee Waiver, Traffic Fee Payment... to shopping on VNShop, exchanging gifts with Urbox, or redeeming points for VinID, VCB Rewards offers flexible and convenient options for our valued customers.

To participate in VCB Rewards Program, customers only need to register for VCB Digibank. The entire process of point accumulation and gift redemption is stored and automatically updated on VCB Digibank, allowing customers to check their point history and redeem gifts at any time.

The program is applicable from March 01, 2024, to December 31, 2024. All accumulated points by customers will remain valid until October 31 of the following year.
