Receive your balance changes notifications for free with VCB Digibank

The balance change notification feature, including account balance changes, international credit card transactions, loan repayment schedules, and interest payments, is provided free of charge to all customers using the VCB Digibank app.

For existing VCB Digibank users: Simply activate the balance change notification feature within the app as instructed HERE.
For new VCB Digibank users: Download and register for VCB Digibank online in just a few minutes as guided HERE. Upon successful activation of VCB Digibank, the balance change notification feature within the app will be automatically enabled. Additionally, to optimize costs, customers can cancel the SMS service directly on the notification screen of VCB Digibank during the first login.

Compared to the SMS notification method, receiving notifications via the app has several notable advantages:

OFFERS FOR CUSTOMERS WHEN SWITCHING FROM SMS TO APP NOTIFICATIONS VIA VCB DIGIBANK
As previously announced to customers, Vietcombank has adjusted the active SMS service fee table effective from January 1, 2024.
To accompany customers through this transition, Vietcombank has applied a maximum 50% discount on active SMS service fees (minimum 11,000 VND) throughout January 2024.
Moreover, from January 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024, Vietcombank offers one free month of the active SMS service for customers who choose to cancel the service. Each customer is entitled to one free month only upon canceling the service (if a customer reactivates the SMS service at any time, Vietcombank will charge according to the effective fee table at the time of successful reactivation).
