Vietcombank announces adjustments to the terms and conditions of the Vietcombank debit card effective from 22^nd Nov 2023, as follow:

1. Addition point 1.12.3 relating to Temporary lock card
2. Addition point 1.13.7 relating to Card termination and Contract termination
