In order to streamline the customer experience in issuing card, from 11 Oct 2023, VCB update our “Register for debit card issuance” feature on VCB Digibank:

• Customer can choose Card issuance method (Virtual card or Physical card) on your demand. Virtual card can transfer to Physical card if customer choose Register for card type conversion (Product apply for this feature: Vietcombank eVer-link; Vietcombank Visa Platinum và Vietcombank Mastercard)
• Temporarily suspend new issue for Vietcombank eVer-link eCard và Vietcombank Visa Platinum eCard (which are not apply for transfer to Physical card), except for customers who change the card technology.
