In order to improve our service’s quality and bring our cardholders the best experience, from 01/10/2023, Vietcombank’s credit card holders can pay their international credit card’s statement balance via NAPAS FastFund 247, details as followed:

• Scope of application: international credit cards issued by Vietcombank (including individual and corporate cards), excluding UnionPay credit cards.
• How to pay: At the NAPAS FastFund 247 menu on an ATM/ Application of a NAPAS’s Member Organizations that has enabled NAPAS FastFund 247, cardholders can input VCB’s credit card number, payment amount and certify the transaction as required by the transfer organisation.
