VCB Digibank has just launched version 5.5.9 with new features and improvements.
1. Withdraw cash using QR code at other banks’ ATM
The feature allows customers who are domestic debit card users of Vietcombank to withdraw cash by QR code at Vietcombank ATM and other banks’ ATM through VCB Digibank without using physical cards.

USER GUIDE WITHDRAWING CASH VIA VCB DIGIBANK QR CODE Step 1: Go to ATMs of banks deploying the service, select withdrawing cash by QR code/VietQRcash Step 2: Open VCB Digibank >> Choose QR Service >> Scan the QR code/VietQRcash on the ATM screen Step 3: Select your card account and select the amount to withdraw on VCB Digibank screen Step 4: Enter your card PIN on the ATM screen Step 5: Complete the transaction and receive the money from the ATM.

2. Apply for loan disbursement
The feature allows customers to apply for disbursement on VCB Digibank that suits the needs and time of customers following the credit contract. Customers shall register for capital disbursement by the following steps:
Step 1: Log in to VCB Digibank
Step 2: Select Utilities >> Register for disbursement
Step 3: Select an available loan contract or enter the contract number provided by the loan officer
Step 4: Check and validate information
Step 5: Receive notification of disbursement results.
