05 ways to temporarily lock your card in case of emergency

In order to protect customers' assets, Vietcombank has built many methods for customers to lock their cards quickly.
In case the card is lost, stolen or fraudulent or suspicious transactions, please actively lock the card temporarily through the following forms:

		Notice: In case you do not remember the specific syntax, you compose a message according to VCB HELP syntax and send it to the switchboard 6167 for instructions. Your card will only be successfully locked when you receive a response message saying "Your card has been temporarily locked"
Method 3	Hotline 1900545413	Customers lock the card by calling 1900545413 >> Press 1 >> 1 >> 1 and follow the instructions.
Method 4	24/7 Customer support centre	The customer connects with the support agent through the 1900545413 call center and requests to lock the card.
Method 5	At Vietcombank's transaction offices nationwide	Customers go directly to Vietcombank's transaction offices to request card locking.

Vietcombank encourages customers to lock their cards via VCB Digibank or SMS to ensure that the cards are locked as quickly as possible.

After determining that your card is secure, you can reopen it to use it immediately on VCB Digibank (by: Logging into VCB Digibank >> Manage Card Service >> Unlock Card) or go directly to Vietcombank's transaction offices nationwide.
