To assist customers in conducting banking transactions quickly, safely, and efficiently, Vietcombank has introduced various types of transactions on its digital banking channels, VCB Digibank and SMS Banking, allowing customers to proactively perform transactions anytime, anywhere.

With the introduction of these transactions on digital channels for customers to transact 24/7, Vietcombank will also cease to support these transactions through the Customer Support Center at 1900545413 starting from December 16, 2021.
