In 2026, Vietcombank once again received all award categories presented by the organising committee, including the flagship "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" award and four special recognitions:

- HR Asia Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awards

Vietcombank's prestigious trophies symbolise the bank's long-term commitment to creating an ideal and happy workplace for its employees

A new addition to this year's awards is the HR Asia People Transformation Awards, which recognises organisations that are leading the way in transforming workforce mindsets, redesigning employee experiences, and enhancing workforce capabilities to thrive in the digital era and ongoing business transformation.

Receiving recognition from the HRAA organising committee for three consecutive years is a well-deserved achievement for Vietcombank's more than 23,000 employees. It reflects the bank's continued commitment to building a sustainable, professional, collaborative, and people-centric workplace. The awards also demonstrate Vietcombank's strong leadership commitment to placing people at the heart of its development strategy by implementing effective human resource management and talent development initiatives. These efforts support the Bank's strategic goal of becoming the "Leading Bank in Human Resource Quality," strengthening its internal capabilities to maintain its position as Vietnam's leading bank while steadily enhancing its presence across the region and globally.
