The Economic Security Department under the Ministry of Public Security held a conference on June 30 to review the implementation of the All People Protecting National Security movement in 2025 and launch the 2026 campaign.

The conference assessed the achievements of the movement over the past year while recognising and promoting effective initiatives and innovative models that have contributed to safeguarding national security.

At the event, the Ministry of Public Security awarded Vietcombank a Certificate of Merit in recognition of its outstanding achievements in the All People Protecting National Security movement. Several Vietcombank units and individuals were also honoured for their significant contributions.

Specifically, the commendations included:

- A Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Public Security awarded to the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) for its outstanding achievements in the All People Protecting National Security movement in 2024.

- Certificates of Commendation from the Director of the Economic Security Department (A04) presented to Le Quang Vinh, Vietcombank's Chief Executive Officer, and Nguyen Thi Hong Van, Director of the bank's Legal and Compliance Division, for their outstanding contributions to the movement in 2025.

- Certificates of Commendation from the Director of the Economic Security Department (A04) awarded to Vietcombank's Internal Inspection Department and Anti-Money Laundering Department for their achievements in the All People Protecting National Security movement in 2025.
