Vietcombank on November 28, 2025, announced decisions from its Board of Directors and Party Committee Standing Committee regarding the appointment and transfer of key branch leadership positions, effective December 1, 2025.

Vietcombank leadership poses for a commemorative photo with five newly appointed branch executives

The appointments involve five senior branch executives, with roles spanning branch management and Party Committee leadership:

1. Nguyen Quang Ly, Director of Vietcombank Tan Bac Ninh, appointed as Party Secretary and Director of Vietcombank Thanh Cong.
2. Le Xuan Truong, Director of Vietcombank Lang Son, appointed as Party Secretary and Director of Vietcombank Tan Bac Ninh.
3. Tran Thi Nga, Deputy Director of Vietcombank Lang Son, confirmed as Deputy Party Secretary, assigned to lead the branch’s Party Committee and manage operations at Vietcombank Lang Son.
4. Le Hoang Cuong, Director of Vietcombank Nam Hai Phong, appointed as Party Secretary and Director of Vietcombank Dong Hai Phong.
5. Nguyen Thi Van, Director of Vietcombank Dong Hai Phong, appointed as Party Secretary and Director of Vietcombank Nam Hai Phong.

Speaking at the ceremony, Nguyen Thanh Tung - member of the Party Central Committee, Party Committee Secretary, and Chairman of Vietcombank’s Board of Directors - emphasised that the selection of leaders for major branches such as Thanh Cong, Tan Bac Ninh, Lang Son and the Hai Phong branch network is always carried out with great care. He said decisions are based on a deep understanding of local market conditions, proven management capability and a strong commitment to collective advancement.
