On the afternoon of November 7, 2025, Vietcombank welcomed a delegation of strategic-level reserve officials from the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party during their working visit to Viet Nam as part of a study and exchange programme.

The Lao delegation, joined by accompanying Vietnamese representatives, was received by Vietcombank’s Board of Directors at the bank’s headquarters in Hà Nội, where both sides took commemorative photos marking the occasion

Speaking at the meeting, Nguyễn Thanh Tùng, Member of the Party Committee of the Government, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of Vietcombank’s Board of Directors, expressed his honour in welcoming the senior delegation of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party. He reaffirmed that Vietcombank has always valued and actively contributed to nurturing the long-standing friendship and special solidarity between Viet Nam and Laos through practical and effective cooperation in the banking and financial sectors.
