On October 22, 2025, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) hosted the ceremony for the "Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman - 2025 Golden Rose Award." Phung Nguyen Hai Yen, Deputy CEO of Vietcombank, was proudly named as one of the 98 exemplary female entrepreneurs nationwide.
