How to request a Bank Guarantee Authentication?

Request for Bank Guarantee Authentication should be sent to the address of Vietcombank Branch stated in Bank Guarantee.

Request for Bank Guarantee Authentication includes:

• Application for Bank Guarantee Authentication: download here.

• Copy of Bank Guarantee.

• Legal and valid documents showing that you have the permission or legal inheritance of the rights and obligations of the Applicant/Beneficiary of the Bank Guarantee, to request authentication of Bank Guarantee (unless you are the Applicant/Beneficiary of the Bank Guarantee).
3.
Authority to sign the Statement for Bank Guarantee Authentication

In accordance with Decision No. 2736/QĐ-VCB-TTTM dated December 10, 2025 of Vietcombank CEO, Director or Deputy Director of Trade Finance Center has the authority to sign the Statement for Authentication of Bank Guarantee issued by Vietcombank as authorised by Vietcombank CEO.
