Implementing the provisions of Circular No. 25/2025/TT-NHNN of the State Bank, from December 1, 2025, Vietcombank will check the owner's phone subscriber information of institutional customers when registering/changing information to use VCB DigiBiz digital banking services. This policy aims to enhance safety and security, prevent fraud risks, and contribute to building a transparent electronic transaction environment.

Specifically, when registering/changing information to use VCB DigiBiz services, the legal representative will need to provide additional documents/perform messaging operations(*) to confirm the subscriber information of the operator's genuine phone when performing the following transactions:

(i) Register for new VCB DigiBiz service.

(ii) Are using VCB DigiBiz and change the legal representative.

(iii) Using VCB DigiBiz and the legal representative changes the phone number.

(*) At the transaction counter, customers send a message with the syntax "TTTB SoGiayTo" to 1414 (where SoGiayTo is the individual's CCCD number/Business Registration Number of the Organization) to check the subscriber information and provide it to the bank.
