To enhance customer experience and ensure a convenient and secure fund transfer process, Vietcombank has introduced a Smart Split Transfer feature for Fast Transfer 24/7 transactions valued at VND 500 million or more on the VCB Digibank application.

Accordingly, when initiating an interbank transfer of VND 500 million or above, customers can choose either to:

• Automatically split the transaction into multiple smaller transfers for immediate processing via the Fast Transfer 24/7 service; or
• Transfer the entire amount in a single transaction through the State Bank of Vietnam's interbank payment system.

To comply with current State Bank of Vietnam regulations on electronic transaction security, the VCB Digibank application will guide customers to authenticate each individual transfer generated through the split transaction process.

The Smart Split Transfer feature enables customers to avoid manually creating multiple transactions, saving time while ensuring a fast, secure, and seamless transfer experience. Customers can also conveniently track the status of each split transaction immediately after the transfer request has been completed.

To use this feature, customers simply need to update to the latest version of VCB Digibank and follow the transfer instructions provided in the application. If customers no longer wish to continue a split transfer transaction, they can select “Stop Transaction” to immediately halt any remaining split transactions that have not yet been processed.
