With the aim of increasing convenience and helping customers minimize transaction time at the bank, Vietcombank has deployed an R-ATM system allowing all Vietcombank debit cardholders (previously only applicable to Vietcombank Connect24 debit cards) to make cash deposits 24/7, without having to wait at the bank counter.

Vietcombank's R-ATM currently allows customers to deposit cash up to 90 million VND per transaction and there is no limit on the number of deposits per day.

Accepted denominations: VND 50,000, VND 100,000, VND 200,000 and VND 500,000.

In addition to 24/7 cash deposit services, Vietcombank debit cardholders can also perform other transactions at R-ATMs such as: PIN change, money transfer (within Vietcombank and interbank), and transaction statement inquiry.
