Currently, the VNeID app includes a “Social Security” section. In this section, citizens can register a Social Security Benefit Account and link it to their bank account to receive subsidies from social security policies. To link your Social Security Benefit Account with your Vietcombank account, please follow the instructions below.

For customers who ALREADY HAVE a Vietcombank account & the VNeID app:

• Step 1: Open the VNeID app on your phone.
• Step 2: Go to the “Social Security” section.
• Step 3: Select “Social Security Benefit Account.”
• Step 4: Choose “Vietcombank” and enter your account number to link.

For customers who HAVE VNeID but DO NOT YET have a Vietcombank account:

• Step 1: Download the VCB Digibank app and select “Open Account/Register for VCB Digibank.”

Don’t forget! New VCB Digibank registrants will receive a 30,000 VND bonus as part of the promotional program “1 Billion Green Steps – Vietcombank Accompanies You,” valid until September 3, 2025.

• Step 2: Once you have an account, follow the steps above to link it with VNeID.

With just these 4 simple steps, customers can successfully link their Social Security Benefit Account with their Vietcombank account to receive subsidies from social security policies.
