Cashback

  • For cards with spending of VND 1 billion or more: Cashback 0,4% on overseas spending, unlimited.
  • For cards with spending of below VND 1 billion: Cashback 0,2% on overseas spending, unlimited.

Optimal utilisation

  • Number of cards: Up to 10 cards.
  • Default limit: VND 500 million per day. Customers can actively set the limit on the VCB Digibank, up to VND 1 billion per day.

Convenient payment

  • The card is restricted to online transactions only at advertising MCCs specified by VCB from time to time (MCC: 5960, 5962, 5964, 5965, 5966, 5967, 5968, 5969, 7311)
  • The card cannot be used for cash withdrawal and/or other types of transactions (including POS payments, phone payments, and/or payments via mobile applications).

  • Meet the debit card issuance requirements in accordance with VCB regulations.

  • Maximum 01 primary card and 03 supplementary cards.
  • Note: Each Customer can only issue maximum of 5 primary cards and 9 supplementary cards of International Debit cards within 06 months (the number of cards may change according to Vietcombank's regulations).

  • 1. I received a card (credit/debit) but couldn't use it at the ATM, and I don't know the reason why?

    Customers who receive a new issued card but cannot use it may encounter the following reasons and can follow these solutions:

    1. The card is not yet activated/unlocked. To activate the card, customers can follow one of these instructions:

    • Send an SMS to the hotline 6167 with the format: VCB<space><KHT><first 6 digits of the card><dot><last 3 digits of the card> (Example: VCB KHT 412975...123) (Or type VCB HELP or HELP KHT and send it to 6167 for guidance)
    • Log in to VCB Digibank, choose the Card Services section, and select the Activate Card feature.
    • Contact the card issuing branch.

    2. Entered the incorrect PIN provided by the bank for the first time: Customers should check and enter the correct PIN provided.

    3. The card is physically damaged or was mishandled by the customer: Customers should contact the card-issuing branch/Customer Service Cenre to get assistance and have a new card issued.

  • 2. What should I do if I perform a card-to-card transfer at the ATM, but the screen shows "invalid destination card"?

    Please contact the 24/7 hotline 1900 54 54 13 (for regular customers) / 1800 1565 (for priority customers) or the nearest Vietcombank transaction office/branch to get assistance.

  • 3. Can I perform domestic fund transfer through the card at other banks’ ATMs?

    You can perform domestic fund transfer from your Vietcombank debit card to other banks’ card at Vietcombank ATMs. You can access to the our website: www.vietcombank.com.vn to find the nearest ATM locations.
