VCB DigiBiz - Digital banking service for businesses and business households now enhanced with QR code money transfer feature

To further enhance customer experience and optimize payment solutions for corporate customers, Vietcombank has launched a QR code scanning feature for money transfers on VCB DigiBiz - the digital banking platform designed for businesses and business households.

This new feature enables customers to transfer money simply by scanning a QR code. Once the QR code is scanned, the recipient information/account details will be automatically displayed, helping reduce manual data entry and minimize errors during payment transactions.

The feature is compatible with the transaction authorization models available on VCB DigiBiz. Under the single-level authorization model, users can create and authenticate transactions directly on the system. Under the two-level authorization model, a transaction must be approved by an authorized person in accordance with the company’s internal approval process before it is completed.

HOW TO TRANSFER MONEY VIA QR CODE ON VCB DIGIBIZ

Step 1: Log in to the VCB DigiBiz application and select the Scan QR icon on the Home screen.

Step 2: Scan the QR code to create a transfer transaction. After a successful scan, the system will automatically display the transaction information extracted from the QR code.

Step 3: Select the debit account and add the transfer amount or transaction description (if these details are not already included in the QR code).

Step 4: Authenticate the transaction in accordance with the transfer authentication procedures on VCB DigiBiz.

Step 5: The system processes the transaction and notifies the customer once the transaction is successfully completed.
