The First Party Congress of the Government Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term was solemnly held at the National Convention Center in Hanoi on October 12–13, 2025.

Under the action motto “Solidarity and Discipline – Democracy and Innovation – Breakthrough for Development – Close to the People, For the People” and the theme “Building a clean and strong Government Party Committee; united and exemplary in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation,” the Congress reviewed the implementation of tasks during 2020–2025 and set out directions, objectives, key tasks and breakthrough solutions for the 2025–2030 term.

As one of the Party Committees under the Government Party Committee, the Vietcombank Party Committee selected highly qualified, capable and visionary delegates to attend the Congress. The Vietcombank delegation made thorough and well-prepared contributions, demonstrating proactiveness, responsibility and a strong commitment to the success of the Congress.

Vietcombank delivered a thematic presentation titled “Vietcombank – Financing National Key Projects, Advancing Digital Transformation and Innovation to Drive Sustainable Growth.” The presentation highlighted the bank’s pioneering spirit in implementing the Party’s major directives, reaffirming its leadership role in funding national priority projects and promoting digital transformation and innovation across the banking sector.

The success of the First Party Congress of the Government Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term provides a crucial foundation for effectively implementing tasks in socio-economic development, national defense, security and foreign affairs; building a clean and strong Party Committee; and fulfilling the nation’s development objectives by 2030, when the Party marks its 100th anniversary (1930–2030), and toward realizing the 2045 vision as the country celebrates 100 years since its founding (1945–2045), as set out at the 14th National Party Congress.
