On September 5, 2025, Vietcombank and Chợ Rẫy Hospital held a ceremony to launch the sponsorship program “Implementation of Hospital Information Technology Solutions and Electronic Medical Records.”

In his speech, Mr. Nguyễn Thanh Tùng emphasized the longstanding cooperative and friendly relationship between Vietcombank and Chợ Rẫy Hospital over the years. In particular, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Chợ Rẫy Hospital, with Vietcombank’s support, played a frontline role in prevention and control efforts in Ho Chi Minh City. Continuing this traditional cooperation and aiming to bring benefits to society and practical value to the community in healthcare services, Vietcombank committed sponsorship for the program “Implementation of Hospital Information Technology Solutions and Electronic Medical Records” at Chợ Rẫy Hospital.

Dr. Phạm Thanh Việt expressed his deep gratitude to Vietcombank for the meaningful and timely cooperation. He noted that this support contributes to digital transformation in hospital management and operations, in line with the directions of the Party and Government. Under the close guidance of the Ministry of Health, Chợ Rẫy Hospital and Vietcombank successfully built, connected, and operated the Hospital Information System (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) within six months. At the ceremony, Chợ Rẫy Hospital’s Board of Directors officially activated the HIS and EMR systems.
