Vietcombank would like to inform customers that the VETC Traffic Account Top-up service on VCB Digibank and the associated VETC Top-up Reward on VCB Loyalty will be discontinued.

From 1 August 2025, at the request of our partner (regarding the implementation of the regulations in Decree No. 119/2024/NĐ-CP dated 15 December 2024 of the Government on electronic payment for road transport), Vietcombank will terminate the VETC transportation account top-up services, including:

(i) Top-up of VETC transportation accounts via VCB Digibank

(ii) Redeem rewards to top-up VETC transportation accounts via VCB Loyalty

Customers may continue to use the "Automatic Top-up Registration" feature on VCB Digibank to automatically debit their payment account and top up their VETC transportation account by:

• Step 1: Log in to VCB Digibank >> Products >> Top-up >> Auto Topup

• Step 2: Select service type “VETC Electronic toll collection” >> Provider “VETC”
