“V-Station: Trạm Số – Chạm Chill” – a digital hub for the young generation
Continuing its four-year journey as a key supporter of the national cashless movement, Vietcombank once again served as the Diamond Sponsor of Vietnam Card Day 2025. The highlight of this year’s event was the Sóng Festival, held from October 18 to 19, 2025, at the Hanoi University of Science and Technology Stadium.

Vietcombank’s booth, themed “V-Station: Trạm Số – Chạm Chill”, attracted large crowds of tech-savvy youth eager to experience a wide range of modern digital solutions, including:

- Activating VCB Digibank, opening accounts, and issuing virtual cards through VCB Digicard;

- Registering for online digital signatures integrated with the Ministry of Public Security’s remote signing portal;

- Experiencing Facepay, biometric identification via chip-based ID cards and VNeID;

- Making “one-touch” payments with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Garmin Pay, and Tap to Phone technology.

Vietcombank also partnered with brands such as Hasaki, Popeyes, UrBox, and VNSHOP to offer exclusive experiences and gifts — all payable through cashless methods.

Deputy Prime Minister Hồ Đức Phớc emphasised: “This is not only a vibrant festival for young people but also a forum for leaders, policymakers, and the public to witness the remarkable achievements of the banking and financial sectors in the national digital transformation process”

“One touch – A thousand connections” – when technology brings people together
Vietcombank currently leads the market in card payment and usage volume. Its VCB Digibank platform serves 17 million individual users, with over 90 per cent of transactions conducted entirely through digital channels.

Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Phạm Tiến Dũng added: “Each wave of technology only truly matters when it spreads trust and convenience among consumers”
