Expanding Criteria – Affirming Value
In line with its customer-centric philosophy, Vietcombank has revised and supplemented the system of criteria for recognizing Priority Customers, catering to increasingly diverse needs and offering greater flexibility. Accordingly, the following conditions have been added and refined:
- Total Assets under Management (AUM): Customers with a combined average balance of term deposits (12 months preceding or at the time of qualification, with a commitment to maintain for the next 6 months) and net asset value (NAV) at partners(*) of VND 2 billion or more, including a minimum deposit balance of VND 1 billion
(*) Including VCBS, VCBF, or other Vietcombank partners from time to time
- Family profile identification: Families with a combined average term deposit balance (12 months preceding or at the time of qualification, with a commitment to maintain for the next 6 months) of VND 4 billion or more, in which the principal member maintains an average term deposit balance of at least VND 2 billion
- Current And Savings Account (CASA): Customers maintaining an average CASA balance of at least VND 1 billion over the preceding 12 months
- Deposit - Loan - Card - Insurance - Investment combination: Customers must simultaneously satisfy:
- At least one of the four conditions: deposits ≥ VND 1 billion; loan balance ≥ VND 2 billion; annual card spending ≥ VND 120 million; or insurance premium ≥ VND 70 million
- A minimum of 10 points under the point conversion mechanism (covering deposits, loans, card spending, insurance premiums, and NAV at partners)
