Important Notice: Updates to VCB Loyalty Program 2025 Terms & Conditions

Vietcombank is pleased to announce adjustments to the Terms & Conditions of the VCB Loyalty Program 2025.

Accordingly, the points accumulation mechanism for customers opening new term deposit accounts at the counter will be adjusted as follows:

Customers opening new Term Deposit Accounts

Term deposits of 6 months or longer

Based on the deposit amount

Priority Customers: Earn 2 points for every VND 100,000 deposited (equivalent to an accumulation rate of 0.002% of the deposit amount).
Standard Customers: Earn 1 point for every VND 100,000 deposited (equivalent to an accumulation rate of 0.001% of the deposit amount).

New Mechanism (Effective from September 25, 2025, until October 31, 2025)

Transaction Type	Points Calculation	Points Awarded
Customers opening new Term Deposit Accounts	Customers opening new 6-month or 12-month term deposit accounts with a deposit amount of VND 1 billion or more per account at any Vietcombank transaction location and agreeing to participate in the points accumulation program under Vietcombank’s conditions	Earn 1 point for every VND 1,000 of term deposit balance (equivalent to an accumulation rate of 0.1% of the deposit balance)

New Mechanism (Effective from November 01, 2025, until December 31, 2025)
