On August 8, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietcombank was honored with the "Best Place to Work in Asia 2024" award by HR Asia Magazine, Asia’s leading human resources publication.

The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards (HRAA) is a prestigious annual event that recognizes organizations with outstanding HR policies, excellent working environments, and high levels of employee engagement across Asia.

Ms. To Thi Phuong Dung, Head of Policy and Human Resources Planning at Vietcombank, received a special prize on behalf of the bank

This year marks Vietcombank's debut in the HRAA awards, and the bank excelled in all criteria, surpassing the market average. Vietcombank was honored with all four awards: the main award for "Best Workplace in Asia," and three special awards:  "HR Asia Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Awards," "HR Asia Most Caring Company Awards," and "HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Awards."
