2. Applied to: Customers who meet all of the following requirements:

• The insurance contract is valid from September 1, 2021 to October 31, 2022.
• The contract has a premium payment deadline before November 1, 2023.
• Customers pay the full insurance premium within the promotional period.
• Customers receive notification from FWD Vietnam via at least one of the following forms: SMS, email or Zalo message.
